Shipping rates are based on weight of the order, shipping region, and shipping method. Shipping rates are calculated to include handling, packaging, and in the certain cases (particularly large orders to EU) extra fees and labor necessary for export from Japan. SHIPPING METHODSOur products are shipped exclusively via Japan's postal service system, Japan Post, which works in cooperation with the postal service in your country to deliver your items. All shipping is calculated by weight based on the shipping address you enter on this site (not PayPal). Three methods of shipping are available: Economy Shipping, Standard Shipping and Express Shipping.

Times are approximate, and may depend on your country, region, or other circumstances. Tracking for Economy and Standard shipping, and additional insurance may also be purchased here INSURANCE: EXPRESS AIRMAIL automatically includes US$200 in shipping insurance. We guarantee up to US$100 against damage to your order, and separate additional insurance can be purchased. TRACKING: EXPRESS AIRMAIL includes a tracking number. Non-express shipping methods do not include tracking, but tracking may be purchased separately. We GUARANTEE DELIVERY of all orders with a tracking number. If for some reason your item is lost, the tracking system will allow us to confirm this and your order will be reshipped at our cost. The only exception is if you fail to accept delivery of an order, in which case your order may be reshipped after paying for the additional shipping cost. Please note that EMS may not be available for certain countries. If it is not available, you will be personally notified after your purchase, and adjustments will be made to ensure the best possible shipment. Processing of orders generally requires 2-3 business days, but may require longer time in some cases due to inventory or backlog. A notice will be sent to you when your item is shipped.
NON-DELIVERY, LOSS OF SHIPMENTNeither Yunomi.us nor its Partners are responsible for loss or non-delivery of a shipment after it has been sent from the post office in Japan. If a tracking number is available for the shipment (Express or purchased separately for Standard or Economy), we will reship the package in the case of loss by the postal service. However, in the event of non-delivery due to failure to accept shipment, we will reship the order after it has returned to us (it takes about 3 months). In the case, cost of shipping must be borne by the customer.
DAMAGE TO SHIPMENT
In the event of damage to a shipment, please contact us immediately and we will attempt to rectify the situation to the best of our ability. Photographic evidence is required, and must be submitted to us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of arrival. Please take photographs immediately upon arrival if you believe something is wrong with the shipment. We will insure up to $100 worth against damage caused by shipment, or in the case of Express $200. Additional insurance may be purchased above.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
In general, all sales on this Website are final. However, we may accept returns and/or refunds on a case by case basis if your package has arrived damaged or defective in some way. Please be sure to take photographic evidence and contact us immediately.
CUSTOMS & IMPORT TAXES
Please note that customs regulations vary from country to country and officials in various countries may inspect your shipment, including intrusive inspection (opening of your package). Neither Yunomi.us nor its Partners can guarantee any method to prevent this from happening. We are also unable to mark items as "gifts" as this is both illegal and has no bearing on whether a package is or is not inspected. You are responsible for any import taxes or other duties that may be charged by your the customs and postal services of your country.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Choosing a shipping option without tracking and insurance when a shipping option with tracking and insurance (Express Airmail) is available represents your recognition of the inherent risks involved with these international shipping methods. As such, you agree to waive your right to claim non-arrival in the event that a delivery does not reach its destination.

Termination of Agreements and Refunds PolicyBoth the customers and we have the right to terminate any Services Agreement for any reason, including the ending of services that are already underway. No refunds shall be offered, where a service is deemed to have begun and is, for all intents and purposes, underway. Any money that has been paid to us which constitute payment in respect of the provision of unused services shall be refunded.
